We proudly guarantee the quality of every Dirty Laundry product.If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or the product fails at any time due to defects in materials or workmanship, you can return it for a repair, replacement or refund, at our discretion.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
The images of the products on the (desktop or mobile) website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display can accurately display the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly in colour from those images.
Items purchased during Vault/bazaar events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise noted on the product page. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. Swimwear are Final Sale for hygienic reasons and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
As a consumer, when you place an order with us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to return your order.This cooling-off period expires 14 days after you have received your order. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.
International customers have 14 days to send your items back to us. Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our international customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!
For international returns, we strongly advise your return shipment to have a traceable service, so it can be located at all times. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by Dirty Laundry S.A.
Exchanges requested online are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability at that time. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.

Gift orders placed online are eligible for the same return policy as all other online orders. In order to process a return or exchange on a gift purchase (online or in store), we must first locate the original transaction from the purchaser to determine eligibility. This can usually be done easily with the purchaser’s exact name, email address, or the order number itself.
Please note that gift returns for refund can only be issued to the original form of payment (the purchaser’s), and any online exchanges (size only) will by default ship to the original shipping address from the order and email the new tracking details to the purchaser’s email.
If you cancel or return one or more items, you will get your money back. Once we have inspected the returned goods, we will issue a refund (excluding delivery costs). The refund will automatically be issued, using the same method of payment that you used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. When will I receive my refund? You can expect your refund to be processed within 30 days of sending the parcel back to us. You'll be refunded in the same way you chose to pay. If the complete order is returned the refund will include standard delivery costs from Dirty Laundry to you. PayPal - Your refund will be processed as soon as our warehouse receives your return. PayPal will send you a separate email confirming this.

We are committed to selling only high-quality products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before a product is shipped . If you have received a wrong or damaged product please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a new, similar product or refund. In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your full refund within 14 days of us receiving the wrong or damaged product, as per our Shipping Policy.
