SHIPPING POLICIES

The estimated delivery time depends on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number(In some cases this may be caught by your junk filter, so please check before contacting us.). Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.

We strive to offer the best and fastest possible service and dispatch goods on working days. Deliveries are not made on public holidays and on weekends.

Please be aware that delivery times might be affected during the holidays and sale periods.

SHIPPING WITHIN GREECE

All orders will be delivered within the next 2 - 7 working days.

Estimated delivery times:
• Attica Region: 2-3 working days
• Land Destinations (urban centers): 2 - 5 working days
• Island Destinations: 3 - 5 working days
• "Difficult to Access" Areas up to 5 working days

Additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands.

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping information and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (Dirty Laundry S.A.) at the customer’s expense.

If the receiver is absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local Courier center for pick up. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the products will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

PROCESSING GUIDELINES

All products on the website are subject to availability and payment being received before your order is processed. We will contact you if the products you have ordered are out of stock, or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We are committed to selling only high-quality products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before a product is shipped . If you have received a wrong or damaged product please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a new, similar product or refund. In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your full refund within 14 days of us receiving the wrong or damaged product, as per our Shipping Policy.

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us via e-mail: customersupport@dirty-laundry.gr

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
